Hattie Barnes

Hattie joined AHDB in July 2024 as a Team Administrator within the Economics and Analysis department.  She was previously an administrator in a primary school.

Hattie has completed two business administration apprenticeships and before that completed a diploma in agriculture at Walford College in North Shropshire.

She has always had an interest in the farming culture, growing up on a sheep farm in Shropshire herself and was interested in a job that combined agriculture and administration in one.

Hattie enjoys walking her two dogs on the top of Clee Hill in Shropshire and helping out on the family farm when time allows.
