Don Pendergrast

Head of the Crop Health and IPM team, with responsibility for delivering the AHDB IPM programme.

A crop scientist who trained at Cranfield University with research, commercial and policy experience. Worked at NIAB for over a decade managing variety and commercial field trials. Then for the last decade in activities related directly to crop protection at NFU on pesticide stewardship,  policy and regulation.

For the last 6 years in commercial research developing plant protection products and also working on biological alternatives to conventional plant protection products.
