Charlotte Duggleby

Charlotte started her career working in the sales team of beef processors, Dovecote Park Ltd., before returning to work in her family’s farming business based in North Yorkshire.

Charlotte is the 5^th and youngest child of Ian Mosey, the founder and managing director of Ian Mosey Ltd. Where she is now a director.

Ian Mosey Ltd., established in 1979, is a vertically integrated business operating a multi-site breed-to-finish pig business and an animal feed manufacturing business.

Charlotte has a wide-reaching role overseeing the management and direction of the business’ pig operations, with particular focus on developing the infrastructure of the organisation to sustain its ongoing growth. Charlotte’s operational experience in a large pig business and her family background within the pig industry gives her a comprehensive understanding of the economical and practical challenges that face UK pig producers, and she looks forward to representing the voice of primary producers at sector council level.

Charlotte is married to William, an auctioneer, and they have two young children. She enjoys walking, sporting activities and spending time with her family in the North Yorkshire countryside.
