The hows and whys of breeding, management and planning - the context of Red Tractor Standards

All Red Tractor Assured dairy farms are encouraged to consider their breeding policy, and to have in place a documented breeding and management plan to maximise the number of calves that are economically attractive to buyers. Jemma explains about the tools that are available to help farmers meet the new standard and how it fits within the wider GB calf strategy.
