Staff recruitment, development and retention remains one of the biggest headaches that most farm owners and managers face and yet there are solutions and approaches that some farms are taking that result in waiting lists of staff to join their farms. So, if it is easy to get it right, why are so many farms struggling with this part of their business?

In these two short workshops, Paul Harris from Real Success Ltd will outline the simple framework you can follow to ensure you attract the right candidates to your farm and can plan for successful recruitment. Using a tried and tested 10-point plan, Paul will explain just how easy it can be to get recruitment right and just how easy it can be to fail - and end up with the wrong person for your farm.

Split across two mornings to allow a period of implementation and reflection, these sessions will be engaging, relevant and a great opportunity to learn from others.
