A: Any opportunity for external co-funding will be considered
A: Annual reports would remain in the same format as they are currently.
A: We accept applications both from private companies and educational and research establishments
A; The deadline for all proposals is 12:00 noon on Tuesday 30 June 2020
A: Please complete a separate application for each part of the proposal (i.e. WP1, WP2 and external collaboration). Costs should be calculated for each part of the application. However, applications may be cross referenced (e.g. if the proposed trials for WP2 relate to the work proposed for WP1)
A: Yes, this would be acceptable, as long as it meets the terms of the grant for which you are already applying.
A: If preparing an application, the total of which is under £50,000 the Application Form for projects under £50,000 may be used. However, please ensure that the total of the application is under £50,000 e.g. if applying for trials which will cost £20,000 p/a over the three year period, the Application Form for Large Projects must be used as the total of the application would be £60,000.
A: The annual budget available each year is £100,00 for all Work Packages across a maximum term of three years (i.e. a total of £300,00 for the full three year project).
A: We do not require a monthly breakdown of costs, only by Financial Year.
A: In-kind contributions refer to anything that has a value but no financial component attached (e.g. if a contractor or collaborator were to supply additional data that they have available to them, without re-imbursement).
A: The second interpretation is the one we would ask you to use (ie up to £50K per financial year as required, with total costs not to exceed £150K).
