Influence and Persuasion: How to achieve positive outcomes from your interactions

Two-part online meeting, provided by AHDB with Independent Management Consultant, Nollaig Heffernan to help focus your negotiation skills

Influence and persuasion are two very important skills required in modern life. A good working knowledge of influence and persuasion can help one person to change another’s attitude and actions.

Influence and persuasion can be used in almost all aspects of daily life, whether dealing with family, buying something at a store, or performing tasks at work.

Whether you are hoping to effectively negotiate with suppliers, motivate your employees or just engage better with the people in your life, this workshop will look at tools and ideas to help you with this.

Split across two mornings to allow a period of implementation and reflection, these sessions will be engaging, relevant and a great opportunity to learn from others.

To register, please pick the group dates which suit you, it is important you can attend both dates of your group. Places are limited to 12 per group, so will be on a first come, first served basis.
