Units or businesses are typically larger operations, sometimes with multiple sites, that sit within the top 25% of the UK dairy farms for both technical and financial performance.

The programme will develop transferable skills to enhance your businesses and consists of regional meetings/ workshops and our flagship event - The DairyLeader Forum.

A two-day event where you’ll hear from a range of expert speakers, often from outside of agriculture, who will inspire, motivate and challenge you to develop yourself and your business. We make sure there’s plenty of time to network with fellow dairy farmers too.

This year's DairyLeader forum takes place in Cardiff and will explore the factors needed to grow a successful business without solely focusing on the bottom line. We'll investigate the dynamics required to create and condition a high performing team.
