Thom Washbourne

Thom has a background in both herd management and education which complements his work as a Knowledge Exchange Manager. As a strong believer in farmer-to-farmer learning, he uses facilitation skills to enable farmers to share their experiences.

He uses creativity, skills as an educator, and practical experience in farm management to work alongside farmers and industry professionals to identify opportunities and foster positive change at a farm level.
