Lucy Randolph joined the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) in 2015, where she has spearheaded the creation, development and growth of the Dairy Export Strategy for British farmers. With a strong focus on market development, promotion and marketing, Lucy has been instrumental in enhancing the global presence of UK dairy products. 

With over 20 years of experience in supporting British food and drink exporters, Lucy has successfully helped businesses expand into international markets. Her expertise spans market access, international tradeshows, promotional events, retail promotions, conferences, presentations, tastings and market-specific education, all aimed at showcasing the UK's high-quality produce to key international stakeholders.
