Hayley Rhodes

Hayley is a farmer’s daughter through and through with her family farm located in Wragby, Lincolnshire. Her first skills were gained in milking cows, and even though they no longer have dairy cows, they are still a mixed farm, with arable, indoor pigs and free-range laying hens.

Hayley gained 22 years of experience working and managing a wide range of combinable and forage crop trials while working for Niab covering the north of England and Scottish borders. Her role also included supporting the Regional Agronomist, Patrick Stephenson with Niab membership at field days and events.

Hayley joined the AHDB team in July 2026 as our Senior Knowledge Transfer Manager maternity cover.
