Georgia joined AHDB in 2021 as a Technical Data Analyst within the Recommended List team, where she worked across both the data and technical teams.

In 2024, she transitioned to her current role as Crop Protection Scientist, focusing on the development and management of research projects in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and overseeing the AHDB fungicide performance project.

Before joining AHDB, Georgia worked at the Crop Science Centre, contributing to a research group focused on mycorrhizal fungi. She also gained experience at ADAS, where she primarily worked on pathology trials, and at NIAB, where she worked on DUS trials over summer to broaden her knowledge and experience during university holidays.

With a strong academic background in Plant Science from the University of Nottingham, Georgia has a deep understanding of agricultural research and its practical applications. Growing up in a farming family, she has always had a close connection to agriculture.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys living in the Cotswolds and has a passion for food and travel.
