Fiona Clayton

As Senior Account Manager, Fiona manages relationships with several UK retailers, collaborating to champion British meat and dairy with UK shoppers and consumers. Project- or activity-related, she also works in collaboration with the relevant processors. Activity includes facilitating the delivery of AHDB insight and technical knowledge to key accounts and developing collaboration on marketing and agricultural initiatives.

Fiona joined AHDB in 2022. Prior to joining AHDB’s marketing department, she worked for 15 years at the Co-op in Manchester as a strategic category manager with the Buying team. She also has 20 years’ experience with Tulip (now Pilgrim’s), leading the marketing team and with Sun Valley (Cargill), where she held strategic account sales roles.

She lives on a mixed sheep and beef farm.
