With over two decades of hands-on livestock experience across dairy, beef and sheep systems – both in the UK and the USA – I bring a deeply practical and farmer-focused perspective to my role as Knowledge Exchange Manager for AHDB Dairy.

Having worked on and managed mixed farms, built strong relationships with producers across systems, and run my own AI and fertility business in California, I understand first-hand the challenges and decisions farmers face daily.

Whether it's improving herd fertility, refining ration plans, or strengthening team dynamics on-farm, I’m passionate about helping farmers find practical, sustainable solutions that work for their business.
