Meet the speakers

Kat Thorne – Positive habits: Small daily, changes to make big differences

Kat, an international keynote speaker and consultant, inspires audiences with her story of overcoming workaholism and burnout with one small habit change. 
 
She helps leaders, organisations and individuals create small positive habits that boost wellbeing, resilience and performance.

Anna Mosley – Enabling extraordinary

Anna is a multi-award-winning speaker and high-performance coach. With an extensive background in corporate leadership and vast experience in the world of mental health, Anna – a master in neuro-linguistic programming – bridges the gap between mental fitness and high performance.

Gemma Krasucka – Bring people with you: High performance vs high fulfilment

Gemma is the head of learning and development at Leicester City Football Club.

With a strong background in performance coaching, people development and cultural change, her purpose is to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential. Gemma's career spans more than 20 years and has been committed to guiding others to reach their professional goals.

Ian Burrow – Panellist

Ian Burrow has over 40 years’ experience at NatWest, with 16 years as Head of Agriculture and Renewable Energy.

In 2014, during a break from the bank, he established a successful renewable energy company within a large corporate agricultural business.

Matt Dobbs – Panellist

Matt is the founder and CEO of the livestock-monitoring Agri-Tech business Agsenze. He is also Chair of the MWI Clinical Advisory Board, Digital Practice Lead for Stonehaven Consultancy, and founder/Chair of the digital businesses FarmLaw.co.uk, HeckinGood and VetYou.

Sarah Bell – Panellist

Sarah farms with her husband and parents in Rutland; they have a mixed farming operation spanning cereals, beef and sheep.

Sarah has also developed three fully accessible holiday cottages on the farm since returning to the business in 2017.

  7. Continue and complete your booking

By train: The closest train station is London Liverpool Street.

By car: There are several car parks nearby, including an NCP at Finsbury Square which is a 12-minute walk away.

All delegates are responsible for their own parking and travel arrangements.
