Our Market Intelligence (MI) division has a quality management system that has been certified to ISO 9001:2015.
What is ISO 9001:2015?
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard that specifies the requirements for a quality management system. We use this standard to continually improve our levy payer satisfaction, performance and efficiency. It also helps provide a basis for business excellence which enables us to provide impartial, evidence-based market intelligence to supports your decision making. ISO 9001 is recognised internationally as the world’s most widely adopted quality management system.
What does this mean for our levy payers?
Our certification demonstrates our ability to consistently deliver services that meet the requirements of our levy payers and provide them with assurance that our business processes are well controlled, continuously improved and routinely assessed by external certification organisations.
The scope of our quality management system covers the primary data provision in MI and we are committed to its continual development. This is demonstrated by our Leadership Team championing the importance of meeting and satisfying the needs of our levy payers, as well as all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Improvement is driven through our internal audit process, integrated risk management approach and timely and effective implementation of corrective action.

What is the audit and review process?
We are required to undergo both internal and external audits. Internal audits are conducted in accordance with the audit schedule by our fully trained internal auditors. Our external audits are conducted by Lloyds Register UK.
Our certification has been in place since November 2016 with our quality policy updated on an annual basis.
