Calf rearing: Crewe

Join us for the AHDB calf rearing meeting, hosted by Richard Massey at Bridge Farm, Holmes Chapel. Health has a critical impact on the success of any calf rearing enterprise. Managing calves to promote a healthy immune system and limiting the calves’ exposure to infection are both vital to ensure a profitable system. This involves measures to optimise housing and management while also reducing their susceptibility to infection.

Agenda

Join us for this event which will cover many of the key points in protecting calf health:

  • Calf health and disease prevention (Kath Aplin, Boehringer Ingelheim)
