We will be holding our annual Agronomists’ Induction on 22-23 October. The event will introduce new agronomists to AHDB staff and services and provide information on integrated pest management, including: pest, weed and disease management; monitoring and forecasting; and soil health and crop nutrition.
Developed with the support of AIC and AICC, the event will help meet the training needs of new entrants to the agronomy industry by introducing them to relevant AHDB staff, services and information.
The agricultural sectors covered will be: arable, horticulture, grassland, sugar beet and legumes. Third parties and research organisations including BBRO, PGRO and LEAF will also be exhibiting.
The induction is a two day programme.
Day One starting with lunch and networking at 12.00. An evening networking dinner will be held from 18:00
Day Two will start at 08:45 and will close with lunch at 12.30.
