Average cull cow prices and throughputs at auction markets in Great Britain. This data is updated on a monthly basis. 

Overview: April 2022

  • The average liveweight price of the dairy sired cull cow for April 2022 was 157.54p/kg, up 32.30p/kg (25.8%) compared to April 2021.

  • During April 2022 the average liveweight beef sired cull cow price was 188.41p/kg, an increase of 33.43p/kg (21.6%) compared to April 2021.

Monthly figures are based on statistical months (January, April, July and October are 5 week months. The remainder are 4 week months)
