Cost of production in selected countries (InterPIG)

InterPIG, an international group of economists, gathers together physical and financial data to a standard methodology so that the cost of pig production can be compared across a selected group of countries. We were a founding member of the group and continue to be an active member.

In 2024, we are producing a series of articles to compare pork costs of production in selected countries, rather than a standalone report. The first article gives an overview of the 2022 comparisons. Further articles will be released in the coming months.
